Wendy’s Internal Corporate Communications department was embarking on a campaign to showcase employees who had successfully grown within the organization. Wendy’s had developed the overall concept and created the program to implement it. However, they needed some help sharing information about the program in a stylish way.
Rocket created a communications campaign focusing on two main themes: “Success Made to Order” and “Catch Up With….” Stories were created showcasing individual employee’s journey within the company. These stories were then featured on Wendy’s intranet and aboutwendys.com.
The campaign was such a great success that Wendy’s asked Rocket to create community outreach materials. These materials included both a brochure and an infographic fact sheet. The Wendy’s corporate team liked the graphics so much that they trademarked the design treatment of the two themes.
